Many of us would have knowledge of the triumphs of the Indian Army, but that is unparalleled to being enlightened by an official who has been through it all. At this momentous occasion when we are celebrating 20 years of the victory in Kargil, we present our third keynote speaker, Colonel Rajeev Gupta, who was the Commanding Officer of 1 Karnataka Battalion, NCC in 2016.
